Petteri is an Automation Lead with nearly a decade of experience delivering intelligent automation for Nordic banks, insurers and healthcare organizations.
He has delivered and improved dozens of enterprise-grade automations, removed 100+ FTE worth of manual work and contributed to multi-million-euro savings in business-critical environments.
His strength is turning business needs into reliable automation: scoping the work, aligning stakeholders, guiding technical delivery, troubleshooting issues and keeping solutions stable in production.

QA Lead
Jamina is a QA Lead with experience in complex regulated insurance systems, test strategy, automation development and cross-team quality leadership.
She combines hands-on technical expertise in Robot Framework, Python and test automation with practical leadership, helping teams build reliable testing practices across UI, API, database and CI/CD layers.
Her work focuses on improving quality practices, supporting teams through collaboration, mentoring and making quality visible through clear communication, risk-based thinking and practical reporting.
